This coffee is sourced from 1,500 smallholder farmers in the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea, specifically from the Daulo, Goroka, and Ungai Bena districts. Cultivated at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,500 meters, this Typica variety coffee is processed using a washed method at the Outspan 4 Mile wetmill. The cup profile features notes of juicy berries, elderflower, vanilla, and rose, offering the heavy body and savory sweetness characteristic of the region.
