This coffee is produced at the Korgua Estate in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee grown at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters. The blend of Arusha, Blue Mountain, Typica, and Bourbon varieties results in a cup with a full body, creamy texture, and low to moderate acidity. The flavor profile features notes of ripe berries, jam, apple, caramel, and butterscotch.
