This coffee undergoes an advanced washed process featuring a thermal shock protocol to kickstart fermentation before being pulped, barrel-fermented, and dried to optimal moisture content. The flavor profile is vibrant and floral, with notes of bergamot, apricot, gin botanicals, and black tea — light and clean in character.
