This coffee is from the Kotowa estate in Boquete, Panama, established in 1918 by Alexander Duncan. It is sourced from the Las Brujas plot, named after a disappearing creek once believed to be bewitched. The coffee is grown on the volcanic slopes of the Barú volcano, benefiting from cool mountain breezes, rich volcanic soil, and slow cherry maturation. This is a Gesha variety processed using the natural method.
