This competition-grade micro-lot is sourced from Eugene 'Don Gene' Altieri's highland estate in Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama. Grown at an altitude of 2,200 meters in volcanic soil, this Typica variety coffee is processed using a controlled washed method. The Altieri family employs precision agriculture and meticulous post-harvest techniques, including selective hand-picking and careful fermentation, followed by slow drying to ensure exceptional clarity, balance, and structure in the final cup.
