This Panama Geisha (Green Tip) originates from Janson Estate's Los Alpes farm in Volcán, located at 1,700 meters altitude near Barú Volcano. Hand-selected ripe cherries undergo a proprietary 48-hour Waved semi-anaerobic fermentation process combining 24 hours dry and 24 hours wet fermentation, followed by natural drying. The cup displays aromas and flavors of blueberry compote, grape juice, sweet red grape, and violet florals with peach-like sweetness, silky texture, and a long elegant finish with lingering berry and floral notes.
