This coffee is a single-origin Gesha from Bambito Estate in the Cerro Punta region of Chiriquí, Panama. Grown at an altitude of 1660 to 1800 meters, this lot is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features soft floral notes of orange blossom, followed by crisp white grape and sweet white peach, with a clean finish reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. This coffee is roasted to a light level and is recommended for filter or pour-over brewing methods.
