The Kabogo is an organic single-origin filter coffee from the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, grown by the SCPNEK cooperative at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,200 meters. It features three varieties — Kabare 16, Chizungu, and Mullungu — processed using a Double Washed method. The flavor profile is characterized by vibrant fruit notes of green apple and star fruit, complemented by a pleasant malty sweetness and full body. Roasted to a medium filter roast.
