A single-origin coffee from Yunnan, China, sourced from the Siamao region, NanBanghe sub-region, grown at 1,400 masl by Tianjiao and NanBanghe farms. The coffee is the Catimor variety, processed using an Anaerobic Natural method. Roasted Omni-style, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Flavor notes include tropical fruits, dates, mulled wine, dark chocolate, mango lassi, and Baileys (on milk).
