This coffee is a Typica variety from Finca Nogales in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1870-2000 meters altitude. Produced by Oscar Hernández, it undergoes an experimental decaffeination process. The coffee features silky and round texture with flavor notes of white peach, lychee, and milky oolong tea, maintaining clarity and texture despite the decaffeination.
Founded in 2021 by award-winning barista Rob Clarijs, who won Coffee Masters London 2019, A Matter of Concrete operates from the iconic UNESCO World Heritage Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, once the country's largest coffee roastery. Expect clean, flavorful and complex cups.
