Nippombashi Blend is a roaster blend combining coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia and China. Components include Colombia Monteblanco (washed), Ethiopia Guji Uraga (Red Honey) and Yirgacheffe Idido (washed), plus a Yunnan lot processed with triple fermentation natural. The cup presents tropical peach and strawberry sweetness, occasional spicy pepper notes, and an elegant ripe black currant aftertaste. It is presented as a flavored, multi-origin roaster blend.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
