This specialty coffee is sourced from two neighboring farms, Finca Santa Isabel and Finca Mirjam, located in the Dipilto area of the Nueva Segovia region in Nicaragua. Grown at altitudes between 1,220 and 1,252 meters under mixed shade, this coffee consists of Caturra and Red Catuaí varieties. It is processed using a traditional washed method. The flavor profile features distinct notes of gingerbread, sour cherries, and lemon balm tea, offering a calm and clean character.
