It is a washed process coffee featuring a blend of Catuai, Catimor, and Red Catuai varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of caramelized nuts, cocoa, and spices, with a nutty aroma. It offers a medium body, medium intensity, low acidity, and a medium-low sweetness, with an SCA score of 83.
