Las Hermanas is a washed coffee produced by more than 220 women farmers within the Soppexcca cooperative in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Grown at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,300 meters, this medium roast coffee offers a balanced and approachable profile. It features flavor notes of chocolate, fresh fruit, raspberry, and candied nuts, resulting in a delicate acidity and a sweet, lingering finish.
Founded in 2017 by Erich Joiner, this specialty roaster blends creative worlds of coffee and entertainment. Named after Joiner's Havanese pup, they focus on world-class beans roasted in small batches with profiles calibrated by renowned roasters, creating a cultural intersection in every cup.
