A Cup of Excellence Nicaragua 2022 #12 winner from El Cambalache farm in the Dipilto Municipality, Nueva Segovia. Grown by Abner Samuel Zavala González and Indira Paola Zavala at 1,300–1,500 masl in loamy clay soils under agroforestry shade. The Maracaturra variety underwent a special "SZ Honey" process: 24-hour anaerobic cherry fermentation, then pulped and fermented anaerobically for 60 more hours, totaling 84 hours, before shade-drying on African beds. Flavor notes include Concord Grape, Raspberry, Tea Rose, with complex sweet aromatics and a lingering aftertaste.
