This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1500 to 1850 meters. Processed using an anaerobic natural method, the cherries undergo a 12-day controlled fermentation in sealed tanks before being sun-dried on raised beds. This coffee offers a vibrant and fresh cup profile characterized by notes of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and ripe mango, complemented by a refined finish of crushed cocoa beans.
