This coffee is Indonesia-origin, grown at Mt. Halu (1370 masl) with mixed varieties. It undergoes a carbonic maceration fermentation using white wine yeast (42 hours) and lactobacillus added in the final stage, followed by drying to preserve sweetness and texture. In the cup, the profile is described as creamy stone fruit, soft confectionery sweetness and a rounded vanilla finish. Roasted for filter.
