About This Coffee

A special origin blend featuring seasonal Indonesian Mandheling and seasonal Brazilian coffees. The blend includes Typica, Bourbon, and Catimor varieties grown at elevations between 400m and 1,800m. Processed using both fully washed and natural methods, this dark roast coffee delivers buttery, rich, and robust caramelized bread notes with toasted marshmallows, hints of chocolate and nuttiness. The coffee offers mild acidity with a full, syrupy body. Similar to a French Roast but made with Nanyang roasting techniques for enhanced fragrance.

Cowpresso roasts 100% fresh crop Arabica sourced from renowned farms worldwide, with several offerings carrying Fair Trade and organic certifications, and also produces compostable Nespresso compatible pods. A Bronze medalist at the 2020 Australia International Coffee Awards, the roastery has become a popular corporate coffee supplier serving more than ten international companies in Singapore.
