This coffee is a Bourbon variety from Munyinya Hill in the Gitega region of Burundi, grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,100 meters. Processed at the Bukeye Washing Station using a fully washed method, the beans are floated, hand-sorted, and slow-dried on raised African beds. The flavor profile is characterized by bright red fruit, citrus clarity, and delicate florals, offering a refined, tea-like structure that is sweet, transparent, and balanced with a clean finish.
