Mother's Blend is an espresso blend featuring coffees from Uganda and Ethiopia. The Ugandan component is sourced from The Coffee Gardens, while the Ethiopian portion comes from the Kotta cooperative in the Kata Maduga Union. This blend combines SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties from Uganda with Heirloom varieties from Ethiopia. Both components undergo a washed process to ensure clarity and complexity. The resulting cup offers a full, creamy body with distinct notes of milk chocolate and a delicate floral aroma.
RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world.
