This specialty-grade Excelsa coffee is grown at the Mooleh Manay estate in the Coorg region of Karnataka, India, at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Processed using a natural community method, the cherries are hand-picked, float-tested, and dried on raised beds within a greenhouse. This unique species offers a complex flavor profile with notes of mango, pineapple, jackfruit, and ginger candy, characterized by a medium body and a smooth, lingering sweetness. It is recommended for brewing methods such as pourover, Chemex, and Aeropress.
