Grown on the Moe Htet Estate in Myanmar by smallholder producers under the Mandalay Coffee Group, this coffee is cultivated at 1060 meters altitude alongside other cash crops. It is a single-variety lot of SL-28, harvested from January to March and processed using the washed method. Roasted lightly for filter, it offers a vibrant tartaric acidity with bright notes of lemongrass, fruity guava, and a pleasant raisin sweetness that endures in a creamy finish.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
