This single-origin coffee is produced by Silvia Carolina Herrera Hernandez at her family's farm in Nuevo San Luis, Ocozocoautla de Espinosa, in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. The farm follows organic and sustainable practices. This is a Gesha variety coffee processed using the natural method.
