Single-origin field blend from La Taralla, Angel Albino Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico at 1450-1500 meters altitude. This washed coffee combines Caturra, Marsellesa, Costa Rica, and Marago varieties harvested at peak ripeness and fermented in concrete tanks for 24 hours before drying on cement patios for 12-15 days. Silky, rich, and sweet with tasting notes of pecan pie, maple, and honey. Roasted for espresso with a balanced, layered structure.
