Produced by Finca Monte Azul SA de CV, it features a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Costa Rica 75, Oro Azteca, and Typica varieties. The cherries are fully washed, resulting in a clean, balanced, and smooth cup. The flavor profile includes notes of chocolate, toffee, blackberry, honey, and citrus, offering a crisp finish and quiet complexity.
