About This Coffee

This single-farm lot is produced by Bette Buna at their farm in the Megadu woreda of Ethiopia's Guji zone. Grown at an altitude of 2000-2200 meters, this 74112 variety coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process where cherries are fermented in a sealed tank before being dried on ceramic patios and solar beds. The cup is plush and expressive, featuring blackberry sweetness, red grape, and red wine notes, balanced by juicy lemon, lime, and delicate coffee blossom.
