The Caturra variety is processed using Honey Culturing, delivering a sweet and syrupy mouthfeel. Roasted Light/Medium and ideal for filter brewing, with tasting notes of Lychee, Vanilla Cola, Hibiscus, and Longan. Harvested in January 2023 and scored 88.50 on the cup score.
