About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is produced by Heiner Lasso in the Huila region of Colombia at an altitude of 2100 meters. It undergoes an experimental anaerobic washed process involving co-fermentation with lemongrass leaves and stems. The resulting cup features distinct notes of lychee, lemongrass, and white currant, complemented by the characteristic floral lift of the Geisha variety.
