This single-origin El Salvador espresso comes from the Los Tres Potros farm in the Apaneca‑Ilamatepec region at 1,500 m. The Cuscatleco variety is natural processed on raised beds (~14 days). Tasting notes include blackcurrant, milk chocolate and red grape; espresso roast delivers a full, syrupy body and long finish.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
