The Scarlet is an innovative lot produced from the Castillo variety, sourced from farms situated between 1,600 and 1,900 meters altitude in La Plata, Huila. It is developed by The Coffee Quest through its Los Patios fermentation station, designed as an innovation and research center. Processed using a Honey / Red Fruits Co-Fermentation method, this filter-roasted coffee offers intense blueberry muffin, strawberry, and cherry flavor notes with a juicy, bright, and creamy character.
