This single-origin coffee is from Los Nogales farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1870–2000 MASL. It is a blend of Castillo and Typica varieties processed using an advanced proprietary fermentation involving specific yeast strain, thermal shock, and oxidation. The roast reveals vibrant flavor notes of cherry, tropical fruits, peach, white sangria, and finishes with rich chocolate ganache, accompanied by bright acidity and a complex, sweet fruit profile.
