This single-origin coffee is produced by Leodan Bautista at the El Caliche farm in Los Lirios, Comayagua, Honduras, at an altitude of 1700 meters. The Bourbon variety undergoes a natural process, including a 65-hour fermentation in sealed plastic bags followed by 22-25 days of solar drying on raised beds. This coffee offers a flavor profile featuring notes of mulled cider, vanilla, lime sorbet, and milk chocolate. It is a light-medium roast suitable for various brewing methods.

Roasting is precise, using Cropster software with three thermocouples for exact temperature monitoring, and sourcing is ethically driven with a rotating seasonal lineup. Have Fun is a roaster that pairs professional rigor with an easygoing attitude, proving that taking coffee seriously and having fun doing it are not mutually exclusive.
