This coffee is a washed heirloom lot from the Wollega Zone in western Ethiopia, cultivated by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 2000-2400 meters. The coffee is processed at local washing stations, representing the collective efforts of many growers. It features a clean and bright profile with flavor notes of yellow stonefruit, citrus, and floral aromatics. This coffee is well-suited for espresso brewing.
