Las Mishas is a Peruvian coffee from the high mountain communities of Bomboca and Vista Alegre in Jaén. It is produced by 37 organically certified smallholders growing traditional Bourbon varieties. The lot undergoes a short fermentation in cherry before washing (Fruta Madura style), producing crisp apple acidity, ripe fruit sweetness, cocoa warmth, and smooth caramel notes. Roasted to a balanced profile for a clean, composed finish and medium body.
