This coffee is a Geisha variety from the Las Margaritas farm in Colombia, produced by La Esperanza. Grown at an altitude between 1570 and 1850 meters, this coffee undergoes a natural process involving a 72-hour aerobic fermentation in open tanks, followed by mechanical drying. It features a very light roast profile with distinct flavor notes of cherries, whisky, and dried strawberry. This coffee is well-suited for both filter brewing and modern espresso preparations.
