About This Coffee

This single-origin Geisha coffee is produced by La Esperanza at the Las Margaritas farm in Colombia. Grown at an altitude between 1570 and 1850 meters, this coffee undergoes a washed process involving two stages of aerobic fermentation. The resulting cup offers a delicate flavor profile featuring notes of blackberry, vanilla, and pansy flower. It is roasted to a very light level, making it well-suited for both filter brewing and modern espresso preparations.
