This Chiroso variety coffee is grown at 1,750 meters in the Huila region of Colombia. Produced by Finca Las Flores, the coffee undergoes a complex process involving 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation, 48 hours of oxidation in cherry, 12 hours of post-pulping oxidation, and a thermal shock at 50°C. The resulting cup features fresh, citrusy, and herbaceous notes of rosemary honey, lemon caramel, and lemon verbena, complemented by sweet white chocolate and cocoa butter. It offers a smooth body with juicy acidity.
