Lambari is an espresso from Circuito das Águas in Brazil's Minas Gerais highlands, produced by smallholder farmers. The coffee is a blend of Mundo Novo, Bourbon, Catucai, and Tupi varieties grown at 1000-1300 meters altitude using mixed processing methods. It delivers a rich and indulgent experience with deep notes of molasses and dried fruits, wrapped in a velvety smooth body.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
