This coffee is a Pink Bourbon washed lot from San Agustín, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,900 meters, it processes via washed method with 24 hours of dry fermentation and raised-bed drying to ~10.5% moisture. Flavors include blood orange, lime acidity, soft stone fruit, caramel sweetness, with a finish of raspberry and fresh lime juice.
