Killerbee is a blend from Single O combining Ethiopia Washed, Brazil Mogiana, and PNG Eastern Highlands beans. The blend is crafted by gradually developing the coffee's natural sugars during the Maillard reaction to reach a sweet spot. It features honey, tropical fruit sweetness, and a creamy body, suited to espresso and milk-based drinks.
