Ki-Saya Chiapas is a Mexican single-origin coffee sourced from a network of women-owned farms in Chiapas. Grown at 1,200–1,800 MASL, it is a washed process coffee with a light-medium roast. Tasting notes include pear, cinnamon, and cocoa nibs, with a medium body, balanced sweetness, and a cocoa-nib finish. Brewing guidance recommends pour-over methods (Chemex, Kalita, V60) at a 1:17 ratio.
