This single-origin coffee comes from the Kirinyaga County in Kenya, grown at an altitude of 1500 meters. It is processed at the Kegwa washing station, where cherries are sorted, fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds for 8 to 14 days. The coffee consists of SL28, SL34, and R11 varieties. It offers a clear flavor profile characterized by notes of red currant, blood orange, and hibiscus, featuring a balance of fruit, sweetness, and acidity.
