The beans are processed using Kenyan double washed method with double hand-sorting for quality control. Giakanja washing station, a member of Kiama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Society, processes the coffee. Graded as AB TOP (screen size smaller than 17/18), this single-origin offers tasting notes of tangerine, grapefruit, raspberry gummy, and toffee, characterized by bright acidity balanced with intense natural sweetness.
