Established in 1982, the factory serves smallholder farmers who cultivate their crops at high altitudes. The coffee is processed using a traditional washed method, where cherries are pulped, fermented overnight, washed, soaked, and sundried on raised tables. This meticulous process results in a clean and vibrant cup profile characterized by notes of berries, citrus, and a pleasant sweetness.
