This coffee is produced at the Karimikui Wet Mill in Kirinyaga, Kenya, on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya. It is part of the Rung’eto Farmers Cooperative Society, which supports smallholder farmers. The coffee is processed using the washed method, involving depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying on raised beds. This results in a bright, juicy, and highly perfumed cup with flavor notes of red currant, bergamot, elderflower, and white grapes. It is roasted as an omniroast, suitable for both filter brewing and modern espresso.
A specialty coffee roastery that offers a wide variety of single-origin coffees and blends, with a focus on freshness and highlighting the diverse flavors of different coffee-growing regions.
