This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Chebaibai plot at Great Rift Coffee, a family-run farm in the Nandi Hills region of Kenya. Grown at an altitude of 1400-1600 meters in rich volcanic soil, this SL28 variety is processed using a 96-hour anaerobic natural method. The cup profile is characterized by vibrant and sweet notes of raisin, orange, pineapple, and wine. The farm employs a circular, regenerative agricultural system, integrating livestock manure and water management to ensure quality and sustainability.
