This coffee is produced by José del Carmen Suárez at El Porvenir farm in San Francisco, Cundinamarca. It is a Castillo variety coffee processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of sugar cane, caramel, and white chocolate, complemented by a delicate citrus acidity. The coffee offers a medium, full-bodied experience with a sweet aroma reminiscent of brown sugar and caramel.
