This specialty coffee is produced by Jhenrry Chávez at his farm, Huachaqpampa, located in the Hatumpampa sector of the Incahuasi Valley in Cusco, Peru. Grown at an altitude of 2,130 meters, this Geisha Inca (SL9) variety is processed using a dry fermentation method. The cup profile is characterized by notes of mango, honey, and mandarin, with additional nuances of floral, papaya, and nectarine. It offers a smooth, juicy body with a bright, clean acidity, reflecting the meticulous cultivation practices of the producer.
