About This Coffee

This coffee is a blend from the Caimo Collective in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1600-2000 meters. It is a traditional washed coffee featuring a mix of Colombia, Tabi, Castillo, Caturra, and Cenicafe varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by bonfire toffee and toasted nut aromatics, with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, and dark red fruits like dried cherry. Scenery Coffee Roasters

Scenery Coffee Roasters was founded in London in 2023 by a trio with a combined three decades of experience in the specialty coffee industry. They roast on a Loring S35, producing on set days and holding coffee in airtight bulk storage before bagging, a workflow designed around freshness and consistency. Sourcing is forward looking: Scenery works with importers to purchase coffee early while it is still at origin, releasing lots as they land in the UK. All furniture in the space is upcycled, and the approach to materials follows the same minimal intervention philosophy that guides the roasting. Scenery was named a Sprudge Notable Roaster for 2025 and won Sprudge Best Design/Packaging in 2024.
