This coffee is a washed process lot from the Frinsa Collective in the Sunda region of West Java, Indonesia. Grown by farmers at altitudes between 1350 and 1800 meters, this coffee features the Sigarar Utang and Andung Sari varieties. It offers a clean and transparent profile with distinct tasting notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. The coffee is processed at the Frinsa Estate, ensuring careful control from harvest to shipment.
